We had another Quickbooks advisor attend our company for a training session prior to finding Andy Thorpe. The other advisor was no use at all, didn’t understand our needs and wasn’t any help to us.
Andy was great, he totally understood what we required, how we needed to set the system up and was also a great tutor. He is still overly helpful and his guidelines are very easy to follow. Also the prices he charges yearly are very very good and well worth it. Andy always knows the answers as he’s an expert in Quickbooks.

Andy spent the day with us and we found that he understood (our very strange and specific needs) really well and managed to make the system really work us. We’d highly recommend him to any other arts organisation looking for support.
Andy has been very helpful, he explained very clearly and takes all the time needed. After one day with him, I still needed some more explainations because I am on the multi currency system which is more complicated so we had two very long phone calls and also several e-mails and now I feel very confortable with Quickbooks thanks to him. I highly recommend Andy, he is perfect.
Andy uses the latest support technologies such as remote desktop and screen-casting (pre-recorded online video), to provide an excellent QuickBooks support service.

We are a Bridge club, not what Andy is used to, in that we have peculiar ways of doing things and different rates of VAT etc. Andy adapted very quickly and was patient and informative. It is great to be able to bombard him with questions afterwards.
As our business expanded we realised we needed a more professional solution to track accounts and stock. We decided QuickBooks would be the ideal software package to do this, but as we were unfamiliar with it we needed some help integrating our old system with this new system. A quick search on the internet revealed Andy was the chap to talk to, as there were many testimonials attesting to his credibility. I am happy to join the list in recommending his services – we couldn’t have done this without him!
We used Andy to help us install QuickBooks 2010 and his expertise was invaluable, both in executing a speedy and effective upgrade but also in taking apart our Microsoft Office installation to make it work with QB. We would never have been able to achieve an effective installation without Andy and it will mean we can work much more effectively and productively in future.

Found the one day tailor made session with Andy very useful in clarifying issues that I had with Quickbooks. With one year’s worth of free email support, I think this is indeed value for money.
Contacted Andy for a QuickBooks refresher one-day course. He has an easy-going method of training and we could easily ask questions and seek clarifications. He was willing to structure the course to our specific needs. Very helpful – learnt a lot. Thanks Andy.

As a new user of Quickbooks I was looking for a complete overview of the system. Andy’s training was informative and easy to follow and I am now confident in the way we use the software. It was very helpful to have the training in our office so we could ask questions relevant to our accounts and we have now made changes to our processes based on the training. The one year email support is also a big bonus!
